Great location. Apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, huge living room, dining room, and kitchen. 750.00 is half the months (does not include utilities). The apartment is in a great location. Parking is offstreet, but never a problem finding a parking space. Also, close to MBTA (public transit). This is a 1st floor apartment and the upstairs is rented out by a friend of mine and his brother. Apartment will go quick.

A little about me (other roommate). 26 Male. I work full time and am a recent college grad. We take frequent trips to Davis Square for happy hours. In the fall I will be out of the apartment most of the time as I work and am involved in Soccer and Softball teams in the area. Most weekends I am usually out of state.
